Project Manager | PPK ORMAWA PRISMA FP UB
worked as the Project Manager for the development of the CIVILLAGE Website, a digital
information portal designed to support Desa Petungsewu and PRISMA FP UB in publishing news,
services, scientific publications, and product catalogs in a structured and accessible
manner.
In this project, I was responsible for end-to-end project coordination, requirement
management, and ensuring that development aligned with stakeholder expectations. My scope of
work included:
- Managing the full Product Requirements Document (PRD), translating client needs into clear
user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and success metrics.
- Coordinating the cross-functional team (designer, frontend, backend) to ensure alignment
on design flows, technical scopes, and development priorities.
- Setting up and maintaining Trello-based sprint planning, backlog management, milestone
tracking, and progress monitoring across the entire development cycle.
- Facilitating communication with stakeholders, including the PPKO PRISMA FP UB team and IT
Partnership BEM FILKOM, to ensure that all features met the expected standards and user
experience goals.

managing content.
- Ensuring UI/UX consistency through supervision of Figma design implementation and
validating responsive views across devices.
- Conducting review sessions and quality checks, making sure the final deliverables aligned

streamlined admin workflows.

Developed the E-Pengaduan Siswa web application, a complaint reporting platform for students
at SMPN 18 Malang. This system helps the school process reports more quickly, in a
structured manner, and with proper documentation.
In this project, I was responsible as a Full Stack Developer with the following scope of
work:
- Designing and implementing key features such as report submission, complaint processing,
and category management.
- Developing the frontend & backend comprehensively using Laravel and MySQL database
integration.
- Building a responsive and user-friendly interface with TailwindCSS to enhance the user
experience.
